无游 ("we", "us") is the developer and publisher of the mobile game Shizi Huajian (拾字花间) (the "Game"). We take your privacy seriously.

Please read this policy before using the Game. By using the Game you agree to this policy.

In short: the Game does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. It contains no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking.

1. Information we collect

We collect no personal information at all.

2. Information stored on your device

So that you can continue where you left off, the Game stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage (iOS UserDefaults, via the WebView's localStorage):

This information never leaves your device. We cannot read it, and it is not backed up to any server we control. Deleting the Game deletes all of it.

3. Permissions

The Game does not request any system permission. It does not ask for network access, location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or tracking authorisation.

Haptic feedback (vibration) is provided by the operating system's standard interface and does not require a permission or transmit any data.

4. Third-party services and SDKs

The Game integrates no third-party SDKs. There is no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no social or login SDK, and no anti-cheat or device-fingerprinting code.

No data is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, because no data is collected in the first place.

5. Data sharing, transfer and disclosure

We do not share, transfer, sell, rent, or publicly disclose personal information, because we do not collect any.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain nothing on our side. All data the Game creates lives in your device's local storage and is removed when you delete the Game.

To erase your progress without uninstalling, open Settings → Clear game progress inside the Game. This deletes your progress and star ratings. It does not affect anything outside the Game.

7. Children's privacy

The Game is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Because no personal information is collected, no verifiable parental consent is required, and we do not knowingly or unknowingly hold any child's data.

8. Your privacy rights

Regulations such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing.

Because the Game collects no personal data and we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, export, or erase on your behalf. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us using the details in section 10 and we will respond.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will additionally be noted inside the Game. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent.
